Reference Standard

SR EN ISO 14001:2005

The standard contains general requirements for environmental management systems and is intended for application by all organizations that wish to formulate and implement environmental policy and objectives taking into account legal requirements and other environmental requirements, as well as information about significant environmental impacts.

Standard does not establish absolute requirements for environmental performance for an organization, except for commitments resulting from environmental policy to comply with legislation and other environmental requirements applicable, pollution prevention and continuous improvement.
