SR EN ISO 22000:2005
This international standard specifies the requirements for a food safety management system, when an organization from food sector needs to demonstrate its ability to control food safety hazards, in order to ensure that food is safe at the moment for human consumption.
This international standard ingrates the principles of the system Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and implementation steps developed by Codex Alimentarius Commission.
